Methodology

All workshops are highly interactive, encouraging participants to immerse in reflection, tools, theory, practice, and most importantly, relevant real life applications.  Therese uses principles from psychology, education and social welfare, along with extensive experience in multicultural working environments, to develop leaders and teams.

Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and to think through how they can apply the ideas to the real issues that they face at work.  The seminars allow staff to gain hands-on experience of activities in a supportive environment.

With a background in physical theatre and performance, Therese’s presentations are dynamic and engaging as well as informative.
